  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Any custom orders under the "Create your own timepiece" page are processed in 14-18 days depending on the order itself. 
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days for UK orders. International orders may take slightly longer depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy for all full-price items purchased on our website. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Watches that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.
